Dino Ranch is perfectly placed for exploring Southern Utah and the Arizona Strip. Zion National Park is 30 minutes away. Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park is 30 minutes. The Wave permit trail is 1 hour. Bryce Canyon National Park and the Grand Canyon North Rim are both 1.5 hours. Lake Powell is 1 hour. You can visit multiple parks in a single stay without ever feeling rushed.
Dino Ranch offers four separate units designed for different group sizes. Unit A is a 2-bedroom home that sleeps up to 7 guests. Unit B is a private studio apartment that sleeps up to 4 guests and has its own entrance and driveway. Unit C is a larger 3-bedroom retreat for groups of up to 10 guests, with extra entertainment space and outdoor amenities. Unit D is a 3-bedroom casita that sleeps up to 6 guests, ideal for families or smaller groups who want a full home setup. Each unit has its own layout and amenities, so guests can choose the best fit for their trip.
It was built with families in mind. Unit A comes with a pack and play crib, booster chair, baby bathtub, and children’s dishes. Outside, the play area features a climbing wall, safari jeep slide, trampoline, and swing set. The property is 2 private acres with plenty of safe open space for kids to run. Downtown Kanab has a playground, water park, skate park, and sports courts just 5 minutes away.

Pets are not permitted at Dino Ranch (service animals must be pre-approved before booking). Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. The property operates on a septic system so guests are asked to follow the guidelines provided at check-in.
